What will it cost? When will I get it? Those are common questions by our customers and let us be honest, we would not be any different! In order to be able to answer those questions one can try to predict the future in all horry details and spend a lot of time on something that doesn’t really bring value since we know things will change.
So how can you spend less time and still be able to predict? In this 2-day workshop we’ll provide you some of the most used Agile techniques to estimate, plan and avoid their pitfalls in order for you to spend just enough time at the right time of a project/plan.
You’ll also learn how this can help you and your customers towards a more appropriate contract and how there needs will be fulfilled along the way.
All of this not only for a small project where 5-20 people are working on but also scaled towards organizations that need to plan for 300+ people.
If you still have questions or issues that are not covered, let us know. We’ll be glad to prepare some extra material for your specific needs or address them ad-hoc during the course. And of course we are available to attendees for further information about the subject after the course.
